Truffle "Nacho's"

These nachos are a luxe twist on a classic- salty, crunchy, creamy, sweet, and a little fancy. Perfect for entertaining or when you just want to treat yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Trader Joe’s Truffle Potato Chips
  • 4-5 slices prosciutto, torn into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup arugula microgreens
  • Hot honey, for drizzling
  • Chilled caviar, for serving on the side

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Spread the truffle potato chips evenly on a serving platter.
  2. Add prosciutto: Layer the torn prosciutto over the chips.
  3. Dollop with crème fraîche: Using a small spoon, place dollops of crème fraîche across the nachos so every bite gets some creamy richness.
  4. Finish with freshness: Sprinkle chives and arugula microgreens on top for a pop of color and flavor.
  5. Drizzle: Add a light drizzle of hot honey for some sweet heat
  6. Serve: Serve with a side of chilled caviar, letting guests spoon some on top of their chips as they please ;)
