We’re Hiring! Part-Time Family Assistant

We’re hiring a part-time family assistant!

Looking for someone wonderful to work closely with me and our family part-time here in Franklin, TN.

This is a hands-on role that blends toddler care (for our sweet 3yo boy) with general home and family support. Ideal for someone who’s nurturing, proactive, and enjoys jumping in wherever needed — from playtime to light errands to helping me stay organized with work and life!

You’d be a great fit if you’re:
– Kind, energetic, and trustworthy
– Experienced with toddlers and confident caring for them
– Organized, flexible, and happy to lend a hand wherever it’s needed

A few examples of what the role includes:
– Being fully present with our toddler in a playful, developmentally supportive way
– Helping keep our home tidy and organized
– Running occasional errands
– Assisting with small family or business-related tasks

Looking for help 2-3x a week, with flexible but consistent weekday hours… IE: Tues-Thurs. Occasional weekend evenings.

Childcare experience is a must. Extensive experience or specialized skills with early childhood education background and/or personal assistant work is even better, please specify level of experience.
