What I’ve Been Doing for My Chest Wrinkles from Side Sleeping

Those dreaded side-sleeper lines. And listen… the bigger ladies don’t help, IYKYK.

Every morning I’d wake up and the wrinkles would be a little deeper… and hang around a little longer. Eventually I was like, okay ya I get it, time to do something about this.

And yes, I know wrinkles are a natural part of aging. There’s always going to be a Jane online reminding me to embrace it. And I do, to a degree. But I’m also trying to be proactive… because I’d rather not look like someone could use my chest to read elevation levels, you know.

Topographic map status is not the goal.

Here’s what I’ve been doing — and it’s actually helping:

1. LUMEBOX
A legit, low EMF red light therapy box you can use anywhere on your body. It helps stimulate collagen and smooth out fine lines. It’s also great if you’re experiencing any muscle pain/injury. I’ve been using it on my chest about 10 mins a day. This link will save you like -$260! (This isn’t a paid ad, I just asked them for an affiliate discount code to extend to yall).

2. 100% Silicone Chest Pad
I wear this every.single.night. It draws moisture to the surface and prevents creasing while I sleep.
→ I’ve used this one from SiO — love the shape and how well it stays put.
→ I mainly wear this one from Amazon , it’s more budget-friendly, and you can get more use out of it (up to 30 wears!).

3. A Good Hydrating Cream (in the Morning)
I skip cream on my chest at night since I’m using the silicone pad, but I always apply this cream first thing in the morning. Super hydrating and helps keep things plump. It also has clean ingredients and smells like your favorite high-end spa.

4. Microneedling
I go to Skin Pharm in Franklin and see Lauren, she’s amazing. I tell her to go deep, and I swear this has been a game changer for firmness and texture.

So that’s my chest wrinkle protocol for now. It’s helped a lot, and honestly just feels good to be doing something about it.

If you’ve found anything that works for your side-sleeper lines, send it my way. Always here for a shared battle plan. 😎

Talk soon,
Jen x
